Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, explaining our video and ad packages, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services (video production, digital ads, etc.)
Follow up with leads generated from Meta ads and other platforms.
Answer incoming calls and address client inquiries professionally.
Maintain and update CRM records and daily call logs.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Share basic service details and pricing over WhatsApp when needed.
Handle objections and convert inquiries into warm leads.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred).
Prior experience in telecasting, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach..
