Full job description Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to find new clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. Answer questions and give details about properties and market trends. Set up meetings and property viewings for clients with sales agents. Contact leads who have shown interest to keep them engaged and informed. Help with marketing by promoting new listings and special offers. Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on call activity and lead status. Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and participate in team meetings.
