TELE CALLING EXECUTIVE [HELPDESK] - AHTU

The AHTU PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). AVA is a child rights movement founded and spearheaded by Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in 1979. These positions, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing. The AHTU PMU has provision for a small call centre. This call centre will contact various stakeholders and collect information and feedback periodically.

Number of Position : 1 (One)

Qualification : Any Graduate with not less than 2 years of experience in a domestic or international call centre, voice process.

Age : Should be less than 45 years as on date of application.

Gender: Any

Experience : Experience in Outbound Calling and filling of data in online form/ platform

Skill Sets :

• Call Centre Voice Process related skill sets, including call control, query management, probing, and other related etiquette.
• Keyboard Proficiency- 40WPM 100% accuracy on laptop.
• Basics Computer Proficiency:
• Printing
• File Management
• Excel Basics
• PPT Basics

Languages : Should be fluent in Telugu and Hindi.

Work Location : The position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. There may be occasional inter-city travel within the state for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be provided as and when the need arises.

Compensation : The gross remuneration budget is INR 25 thousand per month.

Initial Tenure : The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The initial employment will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
