● Conduct outbound calls to connect with industry professionals and decision-makers within identified target segments.
● Fix interaction/meeting slots for the Business Development team and manage structured follow-ups.
● Initiate outreach through tele-calling, email communication, social media messaging (LinkedIn), and other digital channels.
● Qualify leads based on initial discussions and share relevant information on our solutions to generate interest.
● Manage nurturing cycles to keep potential prospects warm and engaged.
● Maintain accurate records of conversations, updates, and statuses in CRM or internal trackers.
● Support building a qualified pipeline by driving consistent outreach across multiple touchpoints.
● Share daily/weekly performance dashboards on outreach metrics, conversions, and meeting outcomes.
● Coordinate smoothly with internal BD teams to ensure closure steps are well supported.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
