Tele Calling Executive

A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Cold calling to our prospective customers using a given database to fix appointments for our sales executives.

· Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

· Making Feedback Calls to all our customers who have attended the Free Demo.

· Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits

· Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.

· Persuade the customer to fix the appointment by demonstrating how the Technology meet their family health related needs.

· Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer.

· Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.

· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

B. QUALIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

· Proven track record of successfully meeting targets over the phone.

· Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Proficient in English.

· Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

· Persistent and results-oriented.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

· High school diploma / graduate/ BSc/BA / BCOM

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Required)
• Tele calling / Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
