Salary - 16500 to 27000 Take home & incentives up to 50K

Job Description:

Handle customer queries and provide support regarding Airtel services.
Assist customers with new connections, recharges, plan upgrades and service requests.
Explain Airtel products, offers and available plans to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers for pending requests and service issues.
Promote additional Airtel services and generate sales opportunities.
Maintain customer records and update daily activity reports.
Achieve customer service and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Age: 18–30 years (as per company requirements).
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a customer-facing environment.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and relationship management.
Problem-solving and complaint resolution.
Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
Ability to explain plans, offers and services.
Convincing and upselling skills.
Patience, positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
