Tele Calling Executive

Position: Telecaller – Interior Design

Experience: 1–2 years in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Calling

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, understand their interior design requirements, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our design and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with potential clients from assigned leads.

Understand client requirements such as property type, location, size, budget, and project timeline.

Qualify leads based on project requirements and seriousness.

Schedule client consultations and meetings with the design/sales team.

Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper call records.

Update lead status and client information in the CRM/lead tracker.

Coordinate with the sales and design team for smooth lead handover.

Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship roles.

Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.

Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Experience in interior design, real estate, home improvement, or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• TeleCalling(Outbound Process): 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English, Hindi, Telugu (Preferred)
