Vidya Mine is an EdTech platform providing quality online education for students from Classes 6 to 10, focusing on Science and Mathematics through interactive video lessons, live classes, quizzes, and study materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential students and parents using provided leads.
Explain Vidya Mine's courses, app features, and learning benefits.
Convert interested leads into paid enrollments.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle queries regarding courses, pricing, and subscriptions.
Maintain accurate calling records and update lead status.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly enrollment targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Previous telecalling, sales, or EdTech experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
