Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Make daily calls to existing and new clients.
Coordinate with clients regarding service requirements, appointments, and follow-ups.
Schedule technician visits and confirm appointments with clients.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up with clients regarding pending service requests, complaints, and maintenance activities.
Handle client enquiries related to solar services, heat pump services, RO plant services, and water softener regeneration.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding technician visits and service progress.
Follow up on quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and pending payments, as required.
Maintain client databases, daily call reports, and service follow-up records.
Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries professionally.
Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily reports and update the manager regarding completed and pending activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or client coordination.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Telugu is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email communication.
Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
