Key Responsibilities
· Lead Management & Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from database lists, digital ads, and inquiries
· Product & Offer Explanation: Clearly explain two-wheeler models, specifications, color choices, on-road prices, and active seasonal or festival offers, if any.
· Finance & EMI Guidance: Outline loan options, down payment structures, and tie-up finance partner schemes.
· Follow-Up & Conversion: Regularly call back undecided prospects, address objections, and track them until the purchase closes.
· Data Entry: Log all call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately in the database.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Any graduate degree.
· Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service executive (freshers with good communication can apply).
· Communication Skills: Fluent in local regional language Tamil and English. Convincing telephone etiquette.
· Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with automobile/two-wheeler segments, features, or willingness to learn.
· Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using WhatsApp business, or Excel spreadsheets.
· Personality: Patience, active listening
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
