About Kravionex Machinery LLP

Kravionex Machinery LLP manufactures food-processing machinery for the snack and food manufacturing industry. Our product range includes industrial fryers, potato chips processing equipment, and machinery for namkeen and other snack manufacturers.

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can connect with potential business customers, generate qualified leads, understand customer requirements, and help our sales team convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers, including namkeen manufacturers, potato chips manufacturers, and other snack-food processing businesses.
• Identify and qualify potential customers through calling, online research, business directories, and existing lead databases.
• Explain our machinery, product features, and business benefits to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, production capacity, machinery needs, and purchasing intentions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, lead status, and follow-up dates in Excel or the company's CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation objectives.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners, factory owners, and purchase managers.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
• A positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn about industrial machinery.
• Ability to handle customer objections and maintain professional communication.
• Strong follow-up discipline and a target-oriented mindset.

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn B2B sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales.
• Experience dealing with industrial products, manufacturing businesses, machinery, or capital equipment.
• Ability to identify genuine purchase opportunities rather than simply completing calls.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
