Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, generating leads, promoting products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services
Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update customer databases and call records
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Handle customer objections effectively and resolve issues
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Language
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Problem-solving attitude with a positive approach
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory)
