Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Client Engagement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, experience in handling client calls, and the ability to manage cold calling, incoming enquiries, and regular client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
• Attend incoming calls and respond to client enquiries professionally.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain our company's services and offerings clearly to potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Experience in cold calling and client follow-ups.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or service-based company.
• Experience in B2B calling and lead generation.
• Ability to handle client objections and convert enquiries into potential business opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
