Position: Tele caller (Female)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Language Skills: Basic English proficiency is acceptable

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
• Explain company offerings clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Handle customer inquiries with patience, politeness, and professionalism.
• Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and update CRM/database regularly.
• Follow up on leads, track responses, and support the conversion process.
• Work closely with the sales and operations departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to achieving team goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Basic English-speaking skills are sufficient.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, disciplined, and positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to handle calls efficiently and manage time well.
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, BPO, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
