We are looking for a confident and energetic female telecaller to join our team in Noida, Sector 2. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and maintaining good customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Update CRM with accurate customer details and feedback.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
Prior telecalling / customer care experience preferred but not mandatory.
