Job Overview: We are hiring a Telecaller with experience in the solar industry . The role involves calling potential customers, explaining solar products, and generating leads. You must speak Hindi, English, and Telugu fluently. Key Responsibilities: Call new and existing customers to explain solar products. Share benefits of solar power (cost savings, government subsidies, etc.). Fix appointments for the sales team. Follow up with leads regularly. Maintain call records and update CRM. Reach daily and monthly targets. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in telecalling or customer service. Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu . Basic knowledge of solar products or interest in learning. Good communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable using mobile apps or basic computer systems.
