We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts in Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our solar EPC and product offerings, including inverters, modules, structures, and EV charging solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets for solar EPC and product sales in Karnataka.2. Customer Acquisition: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including developers, EPC contractors, and end-users.3. Market Development: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities to expand our market share.4. Product Promotion: Promote our solar EPC and product offerings, including inverters, modules, structures, and EV charging solutions.5. Tendering and Bidding: Participate in tenders and bids for solar EPC and product sales opportunities.6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.7. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports, analytics, and insights to inform business decisions.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in solar sales, marketing, or business development.3.
