Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: 8th Floor, Metro Tower, Vijay Nagar, Indore
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: Fixed (Discussed during interview)
Eligibility: Only Female Candidates

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Support team members in achieving daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Fresher or experienced both can apply.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
