Job Summary:
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive calling executive to join our corporate leasing team in real estate. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, make outbound calls to property owners and gather details to support our real estate operations
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential clients, property owners, and businesses in commercial real estate and take property details from them.
· Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and property listings.
· Provide information about available commercial properties, leasing/sale options, and investment opportunities.
· Maintain an updated database of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
· Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends, property prices, and competition.
