Roles and Responsibilities: Tele-calling Executive

Job Location: Thane (Work From Office)

Call and engage with students to understand their interest in studying abroad and pass qualified leads to the counsellors
Coordinate between students and counsellors to ensure a smooth process
Support counsellors as a Junior Counsellor, as and when required
Handle telephonic enquiries and convert them into walk-ins
Ensure timely and effective follow-ups within the defined TAT
Reach out to potential candidates to generate walk-ins
Explain available courses and study options to students
Follow up with candidates for queries and feedback (via phone or email)
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
Follow up on student payments as per due dates
Contribute to achieving both individual and centre targets

Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in local language preferred but not mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Work Schedule:

6-day work week (Sunday off)
Fun and collaborative work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
