We are now looking for an enthusiastic and polished Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Andheri, Mumbai.

Position Overview

The Telecalling Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales function by engaging with potential clients, understanding their event or hospitality requirements, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in luxury hotel or banquet sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding events, banquets, and hospitality services.
  • Present Vanilla Hospitality’s offerings confidently and persuasively over calls.
  • Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
  • Maintain and update the client database and call logs using CRM tools.
  • Follow up diligently on leads to ensure conversions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to schedule meetings, site visits, or follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information on venues, packages, and services.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the brand’s image during all client interactions.
  • Achieve individual targets for lead generation and conversion support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, banquet sales, or hospitality sales.
  • Prior experience in luxury hotels, event venues, or banquet sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and persuasive over phone conversations.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Mumbai’s hospitality and wedding market will be an added advantage.
