About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Tele-Caller Trainee to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating appointments, and supporting the business development team. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150 outbound calls daily to prospects.
• Generate and schedule client appointments (10% conversion target).
• Maintain call logs and update CRM.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
• Support the sales team by ensuring high-quality lead appointments.

Salary & Performance Structure

• Full Salary: ₹20,000/month (on achieving 50% of the monthly target).
• Below 50% target: Performance-based payout.
• Below 20% target: Low performance – ₹5,000/month.
