Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to orders, payments, delivery, and returns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall ecommerce sales growth.
Coordinate with the logistics and support teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Stay updated on latest ecommerce trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
