Tele Caller-Sales

As a Tele-Sales Caller, your role involves effectively communicating in English, Hindi, and Marathi with potential customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Possessing good to excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. - Having experience in tele sales or insurance, preferably 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience. - Maintaining a minimum of 1 year stability in previous jobs without frequent job changes in the last 3 years. - Attaining a minimum of 55% & above in HSC, SSC & Graduation (wherever applicable). - Falling within the age range of 20 to 28 years old. - Holding at least an HSC qualification with a score of 60% and above in the last exams. - Candidates with 1.5 to 2 years of insurance or sales experience are preferred. - Demonstrating a tenure of at least 1.5 years with the previous employer. - Freshers who meet the specified criteria are also encouraged to apply. - Residing in the Central or Harbor line, while individuals from the Western line within a radius of 5-7 km will also be considered. Please be aware that candidates scoring below 80% in IQ & math may not meet the minimum requirements for this position. Candidates from an International BPO background will be evaluated, considering all pros and cons during the shortlisting process.,
