Tele-caller / Recruitment Executive

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and manage candidate data provided by the company.
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Schedule and invite candidates for interviews with the recruitment manager.
• Maintain call records and daily activity reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate interview timings.
• Support recruitment campaigns and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with experience in telecalling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to handle data and maintain accuracy in reporting.
• Prior experience in recruitment or insurance telecalling will be an added advantage.
