Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support sales team by converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and maintain customer database.
Follow up with customers to ensure conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months–2 years of telecalling/tele sales experience (freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
