Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound queries, and converting leads into sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads. Explain products or services and generate interest among customers. Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer relationships. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Record all interactions and update customer information in the database. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a professional and positive attitude on all calls. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, Hindi, Marathi Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
