TELE CALLER – NIGHT SHIFT (COLD CALLING & DIGITAL SALES)

Position Details

• Tele caller – Night Shift (Cold Calling & Digital Sales)
• Location - Jajpur, Odisha
• Vacancies - 3
• Shift Timing - 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound queries and provide product/service details
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Share information about pricing, offers, and services
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to team success.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Prior experience in tele calling or lead generation preferred
• Willing to work night shifts
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
