Tele Caller (Legal Process)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller – Legal Process to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients or customers to communicate legal notices, follow up on payments, gather case-related information, and support the legal process through verbal communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
• Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
• Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
• Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
• Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
• Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
• Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
• Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in legal telecalling or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages
• Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office
