Job Description

Must be fluent in english, Hindi and punjabi

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude during interactions to build rapport with clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Escalate complex customer queries to the concerned department.
Prepare and submit daily call reports to the team leader/manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,484.90 - ₹15,000.00 per month
