Join Kerala’s leading home automation company, a pioneer in smart living solutions across the state. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to support our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote home automation solutions and generate leads.
Follow up on inquiries, appointments, and quotations shared by the sales team.
Maintain excellent communication and rapport with prospective and existing customers.
Update and manage call records, responses, and feedback in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with interested prospects.
Support marketing campaigns and promotions through timely follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
