Tele Caller Executive(Fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective students, providing information about our Software courses , and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
• Handle inbound enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide clear information about Japanese language courses, fees, and admission procedures.
• Maintain follow-up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
• Update and manage student enquiry data in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for scheduling counseling sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
