As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated "Telecaller(English Voice Process)" candidate to join our team.

Job Description:

Both Freshers/ Exp candidates preferred

1. Identify and observe the knowledge about the products and services of the concern.

2. Manage product catalogues on e-commerce platforms.

3. Perform script (with some necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales.

4. Ensure that the order is to be personal or resale.

5. Demonstrate our products with sales data to prospective clients, and close sales deals with clients.

6. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

8. Refer customer complaints to the production & despatch team for quality control.

10. To maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Active listening and proficient Communication.
• Making Inbound & outbound calls.
• Situational Handling.
• Customer satisfaction.
