Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of calls and sales, and update the CRM system regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation skills and result-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
