Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Sales Coordination
Industry: ( Interior Design, Manufacturing,)
Location: Bhiwandi
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularly.
Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups between clients and the sales team.
Share product/service information clearly and effectively.
Handle inquiries, resolve customer queries, and direct them to the appropriate team.
Maintain records of calls and sales status reports.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and follow-up KPIs.
Support sales executives with documentation, quotation, or order coordination.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling or sales coordination role.
Good verbal communication skills in English and regional language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
