We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tele Caller and Digital Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and supporting our online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele Calling:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain company products/services to customers and generate interest.
• Handle customer queries and follow up for lead closure.
• Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team if needed.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and post engaging content regularly to attract and retain customers.
• Assist in SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital performance.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to handle social media platforms and create basic graphics/posts.
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic email writing.

Educational Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
