Job Description

Role Summary We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and converting inquiries into potential clients or customers. This is a target-driven role requiring good communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain our products/services Follow up on leads regularly to ensure engagement and conversion Answer questions about products/services and address customer concerns Maintain call logs and update the CRM system with accurate details Convert leads into appointments, sales, or registrations as per company goals Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet monthly targets Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a professional tone Take feedback and handle rejections politely and productively Requirements Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales (Freshers may also apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, Hindi, or regional language (based on target audience) Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
