Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia. Answer inbound queries and explain products/services clearly. Identify potential leads and forward qualified ones to the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls and client data in the CRM. Follow up with leads consistently to build strong engagement. Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions Handle objections calmly and maintain a professional approach Work closely with internal teams to improve call strategies and scripts Stay updated on company services and market trends Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or Australia-friendly accent preferred) Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality Willingness to work in Australia time zones (early morning or overnight shifts) Good listening skills and ability to handle conversations independently Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Excel, Email, CRM basics) Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude Benefits: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to interact with international clients Training and skill development sessions provided Supportive and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Schedule: Morning shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
