Tele Caller Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handling Incoming Calls

• Attend customer enquiry calls and provide clear, accurate information about products/services.
• Respond to new leads and queries generated from platforms like Indeed or other job portals.
• Record all incoming calls in the system for tracking and follow-up.

2. Outbound Calling

• Make follow-up calls to customers regarding enquiries, service requests, or product information.
• Reach out to potential leads provided by the company and convert them into active customers.

3. Customer Complaints Management

• Listen to customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Understand the issue clearly and forward it to the concerned internal department.
• Maintain a complaints log and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Follow up with customers to confirm if their concerns have been resolved.

4. Lead Management & Follow-up

• Follow up on new leads and enquiries from Indeed, website queries, or walk-ins.
• Maintain proper records of customer details, call status, and follow-up schedules.
• Update CRM/Excel sheets daily with accurate information.

5. Customer Support & Relationship Building

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Share product/service features, pricing, offers, and promotional details when needed.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly call reports including enquiries, complaints, and follow-up status.
• Support the team with data entry, call logs, and customer documentation.
• Highlight frequently received customer issues to management for process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
