Job Description

As a Tele-caller at our company, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls. Your role will involve modifying sales pitches based on customer demand and acquiring as well as retaining contact information databases. Additionally, you will need to put forward suggestions aligned with consumer requirements and ensure a seamless process for customers by transferring opportunities to the relevant department for further action. Key Responsibilities: - Make a minimum of 200 calls per day - Interact with customers through live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls - Modify sales pitches based on customer demand - Acquire and retain contact information databases - Provide suggestions based on consumer requirements - Transfer opportunities to the appropriate department for further action Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-calling - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages Please note that this is a full-time job with day shift schedules.
