Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Contacting potential customers or existing clients to promote products/services, conduct surveys, or provide information.
  • Customer Support: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the call.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Maintaining regular communication with customers and following up on previous calls or sales discussions.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Listening Skills: Attentiveness to customer concerns and needs.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive tone.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
