We are looking for Telecallers to be a part of our growing team at Orangecity Lyseis Pvt. Ltd., a leader in 100% chemical-free and sustainable farming solutions.

• Position: Telecaller
• Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
• Languages Required: Marathi & Hindi
• Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and interact with inquiries and leads received via social media platforms
• Explain our company’s natural and organic farming products and services clearly
• Follow up with potential customers to resolve their queries and generate interest
• Maintain a record of calls and feedback
• Basic knowledge of handling social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) will be an added advantage

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• A friendly and confident voice with the ability to engage rural and semi-urban customers
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn about sustainable farming and our products
