Job Details

• Position: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive
• Department: Sales & Marketing
• Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
• Location: West Delhi
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business opportunities.
• Introduce and promote health and wellness products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Maintain daily calling reports and update customer information.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
