Job Summary

Criyagen Agri & Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with dealers, maintain records, and support day-to-day sales operations. The candidate must have excellent MS Excel skills and good communication abilities in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Coordinate with dealers regarding orders, product availability, payments, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update dealer databases, sales reports, call logs, and order details in MS Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
Follow up with dealers to collect required information and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve dealer queries and operational issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

Required Skills

Any graduate degree is mandatory.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and report preparation.
Good communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Strong dealer coordination, follow-up, and data management skills.
Good attention to detail and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Freshers with strong communication and Excel skills are welcome.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, dealer coordination, sales support, or customer service will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple calls and maintaining accurate Excel records.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
