Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
Explain real-estate projects, locations, prices, offers, and payment plans.
Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily calling reports and update customer records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and contribute to sales conversions.

Required Skills

Good Tamil communication skills and basic English.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
