Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and confident Sarpanch Outreach Telecallers to join our Rural Development Outreach Program.

The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with Gram Panchayat Sarpanchs across villages, explaining our products and services, collecting required information, generating leads, and following up to support successful sales conversions.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with flexible working hours and the freedom to work from anywhere.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact Gram Panchayat Sarpanchs through phone calls and introduce our products and services.
• Explain product details, benefits, and opportunities clearly.
• Build professional relationships with Sarpanchs.
• Collect required documents, including Aadhaar Card, address proof, and Facebook account details, through an authorized and secure process.
• Generate potential customer leads through Sarpanch references.
• Maintain records of calls, interested Sarpanchs, and generated leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team for product inquiries and conversions.
• Regularly follow up with generated leads until successful conversion.
• Achieve outreach and lead-generation targets.

There is no fixed salary. Earnings depend entirely on successful onboarding, valid leads, and eligible product conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi or a regional language.
• Basic understanding of telecalling and lead generation.
• Ability to communicate professionally with village Sarpanchs.
• Must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Basic knowledge of maintaining call and lead records.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
