Job Overview
looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective customers, generate business enquiries, and support the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate enquiries.
- Explain the company's lift products and services to interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and collect relevant details.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads.
- Work towards daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
-
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
- Must be willing to work from the office at Nungambakkam, Thousand Lights, Chennai. Or Teynampet, Chennai.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
