Tele Caller Executive

We are seeking an experienced male/Female CRE to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in telemarketing or tele calling. Experienced as CRE in Automobile Industry is an added advantage. As a CRE, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products or services, and engage in meaningful conversations to generate leads or sales.

NB: Candidates Must speak English fluently.

As a CRE, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products or services, and engage in meaningful conversations to generate leads or sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
• Promote company products, services, or offers to potential clients through persuasive and engaging conversations.
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
• Handle customer inquiries, answer questions, and provide accurate information about the company and its offerings.
• Keep detailed records of call activities, including call outcomes and customer feedback, using CRM software or designated tools.
• Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during calls, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all telecalling activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in tele calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or call center tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
