Tele Caller Executive KOTTAYAM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities
• Provide basic information about courses, universities, countries, eligibility, and admission processes
• Explain services related to MBBS / UG / PG / pathway programs (as applicable)
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and online inquiries
• Schedule appointments for counsellors and coordinate student visits
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
• Address student queries professionally and escalate complex cases to counsellors
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduation preferred
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Pleasant phone etiquette and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
• Ability to handle rejections and work under targets
• Strong interest in education counselling and study abroad services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
