Tele Caller Executive

As a telecaller, your role involves generating sales by contacting potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making cold calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and encourage purchases - Managing incoming calls, resolving customer issues, and updating customer information - Building rapport with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers - Creating reports and documentation based on conversations, and relaying observations to the team lead - Routing opportunities to the relevant department, booking appointments for the field sales team, and communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team - Collecting data on customer experiences and relaying it to the relevant divisions - Following scripts or call guides, and modifying sales pitches based on customer demand - Attending regular team meetings and conducting all functions with respect Some skills and qualifications that are useful for telecallers include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good listening skills - Customer handling skills - Ability to handle pressure - Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems - Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role The company offers job types such as Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, and Freelance with a contract length of 10 months. The preferred education qualification is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and language proficiency in English is preferred while Hindi is required.
